In addition to the university`s offers or PSRs, the NMSU has the legal option to acquire through agreements reached by other New Mexico government agencies, similar government bodies in other states, and cooperatives purchasing from public bodies that expressly allow other entities (such as NMSU) to rely on their agreements.
