The United Kingdom shall ensure that cryptographic products using classified cryptographic algorithms developed under the control of the cryptographic approval authority of a Member State or of the United Kingdom, evaluated and approved by that authority, which have been approved by the Union at the end of the transition period and which are present in the United Kingdom; are not transferred to a third country. 1. Regulation (EU) No Directive 952/2013 shall apply to non-Union goods which were in temporary storage at the end of the transitional period in accordance with point (17) of Article 5 of that Regulation and to goods which, at the end of the transitional period, were in the customs territory of the United Kingdom under one of the customs procedures referred to in Article 5, point 16 of that Regulation, until the end of such temporary storage: until the end of one of the special customs procedures, until the goods are released for free circulation or until the goods are released from the territory, provided that this occurs after the end of the transitional period and at the latest within the corresponding period set out in Annex III. In particular, the European Commission shall, within a reasonable period of time, adopt one of the following decisions: the separate account for traditional own resources referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 6(3) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 609/2014 shall be fully settled by 31 December 2025. Before 20 February 2026, the Union budget shall receive part of the amounts agreed on 31 February 2026. .
